Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the betus platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and betus.

1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the betus platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between betus and all registered users. Users must be at least 18 years of age and confirm that participating in online entertainment or betting activities is not prohibited by law in their area of residence. All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
Betus reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, betus reserves the right to close them and withhold any deposited funds. You must provide your real name, date of birth, and mobile number at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is not permitted. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the betus support center immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users must refrain from the following activities:
- Operating an account through fraudulent means.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions.
- Depositing funds from illegal sources.
Any of the above violations may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the betus platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.
Deposit Rules
- Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- Deposits are usually reflected in your balance within a few minutes.
- We may request identity documents to verify suspicious transactions.
Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different method are not permitted.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawal requests may be rejected if fraud is detected.

- Losses resulting from the failure of third-party services.
- Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by technical issues.
In all cases, betus's maximum liability is limited to the current balance held in the user's account.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the betus platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is protected under betus intellectual property rights. Users may view this content for personal and non-commercial purposes only, and may not copy, distribute, or modify it.
Third-Party Links
If the betus platform contains links to third-party websites, betus is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites. Users access them at their own risk.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Betus may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- For violations of the Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Suspected money laundering.
- Providing false identity information.
- At the user's own request.
If an account is closed, any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our standard policy.
Changes to Terms & Notice
Betus may change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the applicable legal process will be followed.

To ensure a fair and safe environment for all users, certain rules must be followed when using the betus platform.
